I am Rouba Khair, MSc.PT, BSc.PT, PGDip.SI, a dedicated pediatric physiotherapist at Argan Riaya Specialized Hospital in Kuwait. Currently leading the Rehabilitation Services as Head of Rehabilitation, I am passionate about providing comprehensive care to children with diverse growth and developmental needs.
I graduated with distinction in 2002, earning my Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from October 6 University in Egypt. Driven by my commitment to supporting children’s growth and development, I pursued and completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy for Growth and Developmental Disorders from Cairo University in 2010. More recently, in 2020, I achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Sensory Integration Therapy from Ulster University to enhance my clinical expertise.
With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience, my passion lies in helping children with conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, sensory integration challenges, developmental delays, neurological disorders, genetic conditions, and congenital anomalies. I specialize in implementing evidence-based practices to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and quality of life for my patients.
For over a decade, I have focused on leading rehabilitation services in Kuwait. My efforts center on improving process optimization, resource management, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure patients requiring complex, coordinated care receive the highest standards of treatment. I am passionate about healthcare efficiency and innovation, which led me to join the Master of Science in Clinical Services Operations program at Harvard Medical School in 2024. This program allows me to refine my strategic and operational expertise in healthcare delivery.
